Let’s look at some oversold and/or highly shorted stocks.

Understanding oversold and highly shorted stocks is crucial for traders and investors as it prepares them to seize potential opportunities. Oversold stocks might represent a bargain if they are undervalued due to excessive selling. Highly shorted stocks are poised for what’s called a short squeeze. A rapid price increase that can occur when short sellers scramble to cover their positions. By staying informed, investors can be better prepared to navigate the market.

BLNK: Back for its second week on our watchlist, this one has been making some solid move lately. MACD has just converged for a cross, signaling potential bullish action ahead. With the RSI curling off the float and short interest still high, lingering around the 27% range, this stock is one to keep an eye on.

AYRO: A newcomer to our list, this one has showed an interesting spike in volume on Friday afternoon that’s definitely worth monitoring. The MACD is bullish and the RSI is making a comeback from the lows. With a short interest of approximately 2.5 million shares, about 8% of the float, this stock could be gearing up for some action.

MDAI: A low float stock, after dropping out of the sky she’s finally showing signs of life. According to one source, the float is 22% shorted. For the price action to flow smoothly, it needs a good volume ratio. Keep an eye out for a change in the ratio, signaling a potential reversal.

OCEA: Talk about a fall from grace! A prior runner, has had a dramatic fall and is now extremely beaten up. This one is a must add to your radar. A catalyst could help propel it back into action. Continue to monitor the volume ratio’s here.

Oversold beat up stocks to eye,

FATH, DBGI, BFRI, APLM, FTEL, AEMD, DM, EBIX, ASTI, ALLO, CSLR.
